| If you have not gotten any response to your emails, or to your Messages
left for the seller via the Message Board, you have several
options. Please keep in mind that the seller may have encountered a
personal emergency or has been unable to respond to his/her
email. If, after an ammicable
amount of time has passed, you are still unable to resolve the problem,
leave the Seller negative feedback, and report this
inncident directly to us through our Dispute Console, which can be located in your Members Area menu at the very bottom.
We employ a 3 strike policy. If any user reaches 3 strikes, he/she is banned from further use of the Tbaye network. |
